Rev. Mark Anthony Lord, an ordained minister, is a versatile and accomplished spiritual leader whose journey began in what he describes as the dark, back alleys of life. At the age of 24, he landed in a 12-step treatment center, where he spent thirty transformative days. Emerging with a newfound dedication to discovering a new God and embracing a nonnegotiable commitment to forgiving everyone and everything, he embarked on a path that would change his life forever.

This profound intention brought about what he considers the most fantastic miracle in his life: the complete healing of his traumatic sexual abuse through the power of forgiveness.

In 2003, Mark Anthony founded the Bodhi Spiritual Center in Chicago, nurturing it from a small group of members to a thriving community of thousands under his inspired leadership. In 2020, he co-founded Living the Course, a virtual, global A Course in Miracles community that has already served over 800 students in just four years.

Mark Anthony’s latest signature program, The 7 Gates to God, blends the guiding principles in A Course in Miracles with the wisdom of the chakras, offering a practical and creative pathway home to heaven within.
